Order Processing Times

After an order is placed, it takes 2-3 working days to package and dispatch the product.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day

If changes occur within the Mujimono Koi supply chain due to peak periods, Royal Mail strikes or as a result of anything out of my control, those details will be included here.

UK Delivery Mainland Only

Mujimono Koi delivers to England, Wales and Scotland only.

Delivery Cost Breakdown

The value of products factors into delivery costs and choice of courier. Animals are not sent by courier and must be collected in person.

Over £45 free delivery

Spend over £45 for free delivery, fulfilled next day (after the order is processed) by either by DPD parcel (insured) or pallet from one of several suppliers.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail is used for lower value goods or for consignments under 2KG. This is the lowest cost delivery option, is fulfilled within 48 hours (following order processing), is tracked but is not insured.

DPD

DPD is used for higher value goods or for consignments over 2KG. This is the premium delivery option and is fulfilled next day (following order processing), with insurance.

Pallet

Pallets are used for higher value goods and consignments over 12kg. We use various couriers.

Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. This delivery policy page will communicate approximately how much longer delivery will take and why.
