June 2019 marks the launch of the evoFeed Automatic, a new Automatic Fish Feeder from Evolution Aqua. This innovative feeder complements Evolution Aqua’s existing range of pond foods and meets the needs of koi keepers.

Features and Benefits of evoFeed Automatic:

  • Versatility: Suitable for medium and large ponds, the evoFeed Automatic can be programmed to dispense food at timed intervals throughout the day. You can adjust the distance the food is propelled and the duration of each feeding.
  • Weatherproof: The weatherproof design allows for pondside mounting, powered by a built-in rechargeable battery.
  • Ideal for Frequent Feeding: Perfect for koi ponds where large quantities of pellets are fed frequently throughout the day. It is also ideal for holiday feeding.
  • Pellet Compatibility: Designed for use with pellets ranging from 3-10 mm in diameter. Sticks, flakes, or other shapes of food are not recommended.
  • Long Battery Life: The rechargeable lithium battery needs only an overnight charge indoors and can operate for at least 3 months, depending on the timer setting. An adapter for charging is included, and the feeder can function while plugged in.
  • Prevents Clogging: Equipped with a strong motor and extra bottom ventilation over the impeller to prevent food from clogging.
  • Easy Installation: Includes fixing pegs for easy placement and secure mounting at the edge of the pond.
  • Adjustable Motor Speed: The feeder motor can be set to three different speeds to adjust the distance the food is propelled.
  • Customizable Feeding Schedule: Set the timer to feed up to six times a day, for up to 19 seconds each time. For reference, a handful of 6mm koi pellets equals about 3-5 seconds of dispensing time.
