How the EazyPod Air Works:

1. Initial Filtration: Water enters the EazyPod Air through the inlet and circulates around the outer chamber. As it passes through a stainless steel grill, larger solids are filtered out and settle at the base of the chamber.
2. Secondary Filtration: The water then flows into the central chamber, where finer particles are trapped within the mass of K1 Micro media. This stage also facilitates biological filtration as biofilms develop on the media’s surface.
3. Clean Water Return: After filtration, the clean water rises and overflows into the inner return pipe, flowing back to the pond via the outlet.
4. Effortless Cleaning: During cleaning, the air pump agitates the K1 Micro media, dislodging accumulated debris, which is then easily removed from the system. A 70-litre-per-minute air pump is recommended for this process, and it is included with the EazyPod Air model.
